       Another week of pickups!

12 Team Pickups:

Luke Weaver, STL SP, 54% Yahoo:

The 117th overall player (ADP) has burned fantasy owners thus far, but could make for a second half bounce back candidate, as he’s dominating in the month of July. During July, he has a 3.00 era and a 1.06 WHIP with nearly a strikeout per inning.

Corey Dickerson, PIT OF, 60% Yahoo:

Dickerson has smashed 6 bombs over his last 5 games and is currently on a heater like nothing else. Go scoop him up for this week if you can.

Carlos Gonzalez, COR OF, 60% Yahoo:

CarGo is available in 40% of Yahoo leagues, hits in a premium order, and during July has a 1.009 OPS. Juice this orange.

15 Team Pickups:

Drew Pomeranz, BOS SP, 20% Yahoo:

The prized pitching chip in the Anderson Espinoza deal hasn’t reward Boston or fantasy owners much, but with his upcoming 2 start week (@BAL, MIN), Pom could be helpful.

Kirby Yates, SDP RP, 45% Yahoo:

Yates has been nails thus far in ’18: well over a K per frame, with a 1.43 ERA and a .88 WHIP. I’m just worried he could get moved out of the closers’ role before the deadline.

Robert Gsellman, NYM RP, 27% Yahoo:

Main selling point: closers’ role in The Big Apple. This should allow Robert Gsellman to be an easy pickup on your team. I’m dumping close to a third of my budget on him in one of my deep leagues where I need saves. Buybuybuy.

Garrett Hampson, COR 2B/SS, 10% Yahoo:

This young speed demon has an opportunity to capitalize during DJ LeMahiue’s absence. His walk rates are phenomenal (consistently above 12% in the minors), and he provides excellent SB potential.

20+ Team (& Only Leagues) Pickups:

Francisco Mejia, SDP C/OF, 10% Yahoo:

The top prospect who may play catcher in San Diego and if available in your deep league, or NL, speculate on the opportunity.

Cameron Maybin, MIA OF, 4% Yahoo:

Maybin has been running well of late, and could provide some speed to your deep, deep rosters.

Craig Stammen, SD RP, 8% Yahoo:

Stammen is a smart bid to save faab, he allows you a shot at a closer, in case Yates gets flipped.
